I contacted Newark Airport Express by email, telephone and even by Facebook - to a total of 17 times over three weeks. NJ TRANSIT operates New Jerseys public transportation system. The ticket price was 15.25 USD per person per trip (approximately 475 THB), and the vending machines accepted both cash and credit cards. But try to contact anyone in Newark Airport Express HQ with a ticket problem - it's probably easier to be patched straight through to President Trump in the White House. I highly recommend purchasing tickets here to avoid potentially long lines at the Newark Liberty International Airport Station. No reflection on the bus drivers - they do a very tough job quite well. In 35 years of travelling I can honestly say I've never come across a company whose basic idea of customer service is essentially to pretend that you don't exist. ![]()
